Ready to Compete at the Next Level? Start Your Journey at ORU’s Next Gen ID Camp!

Join us on August 22, 2025, for the ORU Next Gen ID Camp — the perfect opportunity for young players (Grades 7–9 or 2010s–2013s) to experience what an ID Camp feels like before their official recruiting journey begins.

This Pre-ID Camp is designed to give players a head start by simulating the environment of a real college ID camp in a supportive, low-pressure setting. Participants will:

• Learn what college coaches are looking for
• Go through a college-level training session
• Attend a recruiting presentation to understand the pathway to college soccer better

Players attending the Next Gen camp will also get a first-hand experience of the ORU soccer model. This will involve:

• Cognition: Training players to think rapidly—perceive, decide, execute, assess in game-like scenarios
• Competence: Developing high-level technical skills through integrated, game-based activities
• Character: Fostering personal integrity, resilience, respect for coaches, teammates, and the game

In summary, players attending the Next Gen ID Camp will experience:

1. A 3C model (think, perform, behave)
2. Deep tactical understanding (position play + systems)
3. A culture of “serious fun”
4. Coaches as learning facilitators
5. Training that emphasizes cognitive decision-making over rote drills
